Day 2

Got hungry last night but I just rolled over and went to sleep instead, seems to work perfect.


I have a date with a sexy ass marine next week and I want to look some-what good for him before then. Atleast 10 more pounds down so that means less calories and more workouts. I can do that.

I'm almost in the 40's again which is great!! =] And besides getting thin I want to be toned too, not just discusting stick skinny. I dont want people throwing cheeseburgers at me. haha.

Had weigh in day today though!

yay. I've been watching my carb intake alot now. Before, I was eating really low calorie stuff and not even relizing how many carbs I was consuming. I'm only letting myself have 30 or less a day.

I've been reading a book latley. By nicholas sparks, my favorite author. The book is 'the choice'. I'm only on chapter 5 but its good so far but it's only the begining. I have the majority of all his books. =] love em!
